The Connection operates 24 hours per day, seven days per week and 365 days each year which allows us to provide our clients with world-class overflow and after hour call center solutions. This service allows our clients to reduce the hours of operations in their internal call center facilities yet continue to provide 24x7 support to their customers calls, emails and web chat.
