The Connection operates on a “hub and spoke” business model which allows us the flexibility to accommodate fluctuating call volumes. Our Burnsville, Minnesota headquarters (our hub) contains our primary technology such as our Aspect ACDs, and Application and Storage Servers in a secure, temperature-controlled environment. We have three remote and one on-site call centers (the spokes) that access our core hub via private network and we have the ability to instantaneously route calls to all four contact center facilities simultaneously.

With our state-of-the-art contact center equipment, we can provide your company with seamless contact center support.
