To aid in enhanced and high level training, we have developed an Intranet site that we utilize as a real-time communication and training tool with our support representatives. If there are any changes, updates or new procedures we can quickly and efficiently communicate them to our agents using this tool.

Procedural changes or updates are put into a power point presentation format. Quiz questions are integrated into the presentation to test agent comprehension. Once the agents have completed the presentation they are asked to click on a link at the end of the presentation verifying they have read and understand the content. A confirmation email is sent to the Program Supervisor for that account notifying them that the agent has completed the Quick Hits.
